Product exchange and return conditions


Products are subject to exchange within 3 to 5 days:

  • If the purchased product has a factory defect
  • If the hypermarket made a mistake when receiving the order, due to which you received products with the wrong model or the wrong characteristics
  • If damage is detected during delivery of the purchased products

It is necessary for the customer to inspect the delivered goods when receiving the products, otherwise the hypermarket will not be able to exchange them in the following days.


Products subject to return within 3-5 days:

  • If the packaging of the products is not damaged, the appearance of the goods, consumer properties, signs, factory labels have been preserved.
  • The product is not used
  • When returning or exchanging products, it is necessary to present the payment receipt, bill of lading and proof of identity
  • In case of product return, the delivery fee will not be refunded
  • When returning or exchanging products, the buyer will ensure delivery of the goods to the hypermarket
  • In case of returning or exchanging products, you must notify the sales manager in advance. In order to initiate the process, you need to provide the company with the ID number of the product to be returned, the order number, the date you received the order, the reason for return (you may be required to include a photo of the product) and the proof of payment, and send it to the e-mail address of Luka-European House LLC: ltd.luka@gmail.com).

Products are not subject to return or exchange:

  • If after delivery the buyer wants to exchange or return it and the product is damaged, used
  • If the buyer cannot present a payment receipt
  • Spackle/putty, plasterboard tiles & adhesive cement products are not subject to return.
